Check MOH Clearance online
You can verify or check your Ministry of Health clearance online with the following guidelines;
- Access the MOH recruitment portal via www.hr.moh.gov.gh
- Scroll down to the Check Clearance button
- Click on the learn more button
- Enter your PIN, INDEX NUMBER, OR LICENSE NUMBER
- Enter your full name and click on the submit button
- Wait for the system to authenticate and display the status of your MOH clearance

MOH Recruitment Portal Login
You can log in to the Ministry of Health recruitment portal to submit your application online with the following procedures;
- Visit the MOH recruitment portal
- Enter your PIN, INDEX NUMBER
- Enter your password and click on the login button
- Wait for the system to authenticate and redirect you to the dashboard
How to apply for MOH recruitment online
All Nurses, Midwives and Medical Officers are required to first create an account and log in to apply for the ministry of health recruitment using the following steps;
- Visit the MOH recruitment portal via www.hr.moh.gov.gh
- Click on the register link to create a new account
- Enter your PIN/INDEX Number, Full name, email address, and PASSWORD
- Confirm your password
- Click on the submit button to create an account
- Congratulations, an email will be sent to you with a confirmation of your account
- Log in to your account to complete the MOH application form with the required details
NOTE: Doctors should type their index/registration numbers without the / character. Eg. MDC/RN/10316 should be MDCRN10316
