Persons without a Blueprint payslip account can follow these steps to create a Blueprint payslip account online;
- Visit the Blueprint payslip portal at blueprint.gov.za
- Click on the register link on the login page
- Fill out the registration form with your required details
- Persal Number
- Firstname, Lastname and Password
- Email address

- Click on the submit button
- A One time PIN (OTP) will be sent to the email address you provided

- Navigate to the documents section of your account
- Enter the start date and end date for your payslip
- click on the search button
- A list of payslips will be displayed on the page
- Click on the download icon for a PDF copy of your payslip to be downloaded to your device
