Successful applicants recruited into the prisons service will be provided with the following employement benefits;
- Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee 50%).
- Contributory Pension Scheme for Permanent and Pensionable Staff (Government pays 15% and employee 5%).
- Prison Overtime Allowance at 20% of basic salary.
- 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞: 30 Working days per annum for C1 scale and above
- 25 Working days per annum for C3 scale
