Unfortunately, YouTube does not allow its users to download videos to their devices by default. In this post, I will introduce you to two online websites that allow you to download any youtube video to your phone which you can later watch in case you don’t have internet access.

Yout.com is an online video download website that allows users to paste a link of the video they want to download into a URL box and click on download button to download your video.
Steps to download a video from yout.com
Step 1. Visit the youtube website or app.
Step 2. Search for the video you want to download.
Step 3: From your search results, right-click on the video you want to download
Step 4: From the options, click on copy link address.
Step 5: Visit the yout website using the link yout.com by opening a new browser tap.
Step 6: Paste the link in the URL bar
Step 7: The website will reload and open a new page
Step 8: Select the Media Format from the options, MP3, Mp4, etc. Note that when you select Mp3 you will end up downloading only the sound of the video but not the video itself. To download both sound and video, you should select the mp4 format.
Step 9: Click on “Format Shift to MP4” button.
