Check JAMB Admission Status using the JAMB CAPS Portal
Follow the steps outlined below to check your Admission status on the JAMB admission portal
- Visit the JAMB CAPS portal JAMB Portal
- Type your Jamb account with your username and password
- Click on Login
- Select Check Admission Status tab
- Click Access my CAPS
- Select your exam year and enter your registration number in the required field.
- Click the Check Admission Status button to access your jamb admission status.
- Select the ACCEPT button to accept the JAMB admission offer
- Upload your passport photograph
- Continue to print your admission letter
How to Re-apply to JAMB CAPS When Not Admitted
Follow the steps below to re-apply for JAMP CAPS Admission:
- Log in to JAMB CAPS JAMB Portal
- Click Check Admission status
- Click Access my CAPS
- Click My O’level to confirm that your O’level has been uploaded.
- Upload your O’Level If (O Level Status Shows Awaiting Results)
How to Reset Your JAMB CAPS Admission Portal Password
Follow the steps below to reset your JAMB CAPS password
- Visit your JAMB password reset page.
- Provide your email address
- Click the Password Reset button
- JAMB will send your new password to your email address
- Continue to customize your password.
- Log in to the JAMB e-facility website with your email and the new password that was sent to your email.
- Go to JAMB Profile Settings
- Click on Change Password
- Type the current password (the one sent to your email)
- Then, type any password you want as your new password in the box
- Confirm your new password
- Click on the change password button to change your JAMB password.

- Contact JAMB Support
- Report that you are having issues resetting your JAMB password.
