How to Check KEMIS Form One Placement with SMS
KCPE Students can check their form one placement with the KEMIS SMS channel with the following steps;
- Create a new SMS on your mobile phone
- Enter your KCPE Index Number as the message content
- Send the message to the shortcode 22263
- You will receive an SMS with details of your school of placement
Note: A standard fee of Sh. 25 per text will be charged on Safaricom, Telkom and Airtel.

How to Check Form 0ne Placement Online 2024
To check which school you have been offered admission into, you will have to download the full form one admission letter online using the following steps;
- Visit the Ministry of Education website at https://education.go.ke
- Click the Services menu and select Form One placement
- Click on the Form One placement link on the next page
- Click on the open button and enter your index number and firstname
- Click the search button to access your placement
- Click on the admission letter at the bottom of the page to download a copy of your Form One Placement Letter
- Print a copy of the admission letter and present it together with a copy of your birth certificate when you report to school
