  5. Click Register
  6. Complete the registration form
  7. Click on Register to complete the process

How to Reset Your ZOU MOOCS Account Password

To reset your ZOU MOOCS portal password, follow the steps below

  1. Visit ZOU Portal via www.zou.ac.zw
  2. Click on E-service on the page
  3. Select MOOCS on the drop-down menu
  4. You will be redirected to another page automatically
  5. Click Sign in
  6. Click on Lost your password
  7. Enter your Username or E-mail address
  8. Then Get New Password to reset your password

Steps to Create Your Turnitin Account

To create your Turnitin account, follow the steps below

  1. Visit ZOU Portal via www.zou.ac.zw
  2. Click on E-service on the page
  3. Select Turnitin on the drop-down menu
  4. You will be redirected to another page automatically
  5. Click Create Account 
  6. Select Student or (Teaching Assistant or Instructor)
  7. Complete the form with your Class ID, Enrollment Key etc
  8. Then Click on I Agree — Create Profile to complete the process

How to Login Your Turnitin Account

To access your Turnitin portal, follow the steps below

  1. Visit ZOU Portal via www.zou.ac.zw
  2. Click on E-service on the page
  3. Select Turnitin on the drop-down menu
  4. You will be redirected to another page automatically
  5. Enter your Email Address and Password
  6. Then click on Log in to access your account

How to Reset Your Turnitin Account Password

To reset your Turnitin portal password, follow the steps below

  1. Visit ZOU Portal via www.zou.ac.zw
  2. Click on E-service on the page
  3. Select Turnitin on the drop-down menu
  4. You will be redirected to another page automatically
  5. Click Log in
  6. Click on Forgot your password
  7. Enter the Email address you used to create your user profile
  8. Enter your Last Name or Family Name 
  9. Then click on Next to reset your password

Note: Due to privacy agreements, Turnitin Can not release your email address – even to you. You MUST get this information from your institution
