• Visit the NCK portal via www.nckenya.com
• Enter your email or username
• Enter your password 
• Click on sign-in to access your NCK portal

NCK Online Services Registration

Follow these steps on how to register your account on the Nursing Council of Kenya Online Services Portal;

1. Access the NCK Online Services via www.nckenya.com
2. Select your Category as Practitioner 0r Student
3. Enter your NCK Registration Number 
4. Enter your ID Number
5. Then enter your Email Address and Confirm it
6. Click on Register for Online Services to receive an email with the activation link
7. Open your email on your device 
8. Click on the activation link
9. Activate your account
10. Upload Passport Photo create a Username and Password
11. Enter your Contact details
12. Update your Profile details
13. Submit your details

On successful registration, the system dashboard will be available to you.

To apply for your next licensure examination follow the steps below;

1. Login to NCK Online Services Portal via nckenya.com
2. Click on the Exams button
3. Choose the preferred exam center
4. Make payments to complete the application

Follow the steps below to reset your NKC portal account password

1. Visit the NCK Online Services Portal via nckenya.com
2. Click on the Forgot Password
3. Enter your Email Address (the one connected to your account)
4. Click on Reset Password
5. You will receive an email with the reset link
6. Open the email and click on the link
7. Continue to reset your password
