NMCZ Licensure Exams Registration 2024 has officially commenced. This post explores the National Nursing Council of Zambia (NMCZ) registration process for nurses and midwives and NMCZ online services, including the license renewal, indexing portal, and student portal.
NMCZ Licensure Exams Registration 2024
To register for the Competence and Licensure examinations, follow the following steps
- Visit the NMCZ official website at www.nmcz.org.zm
- Click on your registration link
- Complete the Registration form with your details
- Upload the Required details
- Complete your registration process
- Make your examination fee payments directly into the Council’s bank account
Note: Do not route your payment through your training institutions
Required Documents and Important Information
You are required to upload the following documents on the application portal
- Proof of Payment: Provide evidence of payment for the prescribed examination fees. These fees were communicated to Higher Education Institutions (HEI)
- Academic Credentials: Include duly issued transcripts, certificates, or mock results from your Higher Education Institution (HEI)
- Name Consistency: Use the names that appear on your National Registration Card or passport when registering for the examinations. Consistency in your identification documents is crucial for the registration process
- Indexing: All candidates intending to take the examinations must be indexed by NMCZ. Please be aware that the Council will not index or transfer any candidate during the examination registration period. Ensure that you have completed the indexing process before applying for the examinations
Registration Period and Deadline
Registration for the November/December 2024 Competence and Licensure examinations are currently underway and will remain open until Monday, 16th October 2024
This is your opportunity to secure your spot for the upcoming exams, so don’t miss the deadline
Note: Remember that the Council will not accept any applications for examination registration after this date.
