The NSS Certificate is an official certificate awarded by the Ghana National Service Scheme (NSS) to graduates that have successfully completed their 1year mandatory national service.

You can request your national service (NSS) certificate using one of the following ways:

- Visit the NSS district office and request your NSS certificate

- Enter your NSS Number to verify and check the status of your certificate
- Submit your Identification card (e.g NIA Card)
- Fill in your details in the request form displayed
- Make payment for delivery using any of the several options available
- Congratulations, you can now track your NSS application online
How to track NSS Certificate online
- Request for NSS Certificate
- Enter your Password in the required format
- Visit link sent via email
- Log in with your Date of Birth (as registered with NSS) and Surname (in Capital letters)
NB: your Password should be in the following Format
If your date of birth (as registered with NSS) is 26th May 1998 and your Surname is Acquah. Then your password would be 19980526ACQU. Thus, YearMonthDay and four letters begin your Surname.
How to Get My NSS Certificate?
For you to get your certificate delivered to you, you need to do the following
- Personnel must have successfully completed their mandatory one (1) year (12 months) National Service.
- Personnel must have had their NSS Annual Evaluation Form filled with a fair assessment of their performance by their immediate supervisor.
- Assessment forms must have been submitted and validated at the various District offices of the scheme where the Agency is located
- Submit your NSS Number for verification in the field provided
- Submit your Means of Identification
- Fill in your details in the request form displayed
- Make payment for delivery using any of the several options available

You can print or download your NSS certificate online with the following steps:
- Check your Email (e.g Email Inbox)
- Follow the link via your email
- View and Print it at your convenience
- Open and Save as a PDF
How long can I get my NSS certificate online?
It takes 48 hours to receive your National Service certificate after submitting your application via the NSS Certificate request portal.
