UENR Course Registration Guidelines for 2024/2025

1. To earn credit for a course, a student must be accepted into a program and officially enroll in the course during the designated registration period at the start of each semester
2. Students should plan their course selections with guidance from their academic advisors or department heads
3. Late registration, with an associated fine, is permitted during a specified period determined by the appropriate authority
4. If a student fails to register for a semester without prior permission, they will be considered to have abandoned the program. In such cases, the Registrar will initiate withdrawal procedures
5. A student who registers for a course but misses the end-of-semester exam, except for documented health reasons, will receive a grade of ‘F’
6. Students on a Grace Period must register for exams at least four weeks before they begin
7. Course registration is conducted through the UENR Students Information System (USIS Portal) using login credentials provided by UENR ITD
