How to Purchase UG Application Voucher Using Your Mobile Phone 2025
Follow these steps to successfully purchase your UG application e-voucher
- Dial *887*9# on your phone (on all networks)
- Enter UG as the name of the University
- Enter 1 to Proceed to Payment
- Authorize Payment with your Mobile Money Pin
- You will receive an e-voucher via SMS after successful payment.
In a situation where the user does not receive an SMS after a period of completing the transaction, they can retrieve the e-voucher

Follow these steps to retrieve your e-Voucher
- Dial *887*9# on your phone
- Select Yes
- Select Retrieve e-Voucher
- The details of the e-Voucher are displayed (ie University of Ghana, Serial Number, and PIN)
