Follow the procedure below to apply for the University of Mpumalanga late admission
- Visit the UMP late application portal via www.ump.ac.za
- Scroll down and click on Applications
- Click on Click here to apply
- Provide your biographical information
- Click next to proceed
- Enter the details of your result, add subjects, and then click next
- Fill in your educational institution details
- Choose 2 programs to apply for, add qualifications, and click next
- Verify your application details and click continue
- Create a 5-digit PIN, accept the terms
- Click Submit Application
- Upload your documents
- Select Yes if they are ready, and click next
- After uploading all documents, click Complete upload
- Then, you will receive a confirmation message

UMP Late Application Requirements 2024/2025
To be eligible for admission at the University of Mpumalanga, you must possess the following
- National Senior Certificate (NSC), Independent Examinations Board (IEB), or South African Comprehensive Assessment Institute (SACAI) subjects
- Applicants are required to take the National Benchmark Tests (NBT) before being considered for admission
- A National Certificate (Vocational) Level 4 with at least three fundamental subjects scoring between 60 – 69% OR three vocational subjects from the designated list scoring between 70-79%
