How to Log into the UNO Student Portal

  1. Visit the UON Website
  2. Go to the Login Section
  3. Enter your student registration number
  4. Enter your password (Use your National ID / Passport No. or KCSE Index No. or Application Reference No. as your initial)
  5. Click on the Login button

UON Payment Structure 2024

All fees and other charges are payable before the commencement of the academic year as per the respective fees structure.

Channels for Payment of Fees

  • Electronic transfer/direct cash deposit
  • Credit/debit card payments

Please note:

When paying fees at the bank; new and continuing students MUST quote the Student Registration Number

  • All cash deposits to our bank account will reflect on the students’ fees statements after 48 hours of deposit done
  • The updated students’ fees statement will be viewed by the students on the students’ portal online Portal
  • Any payment that does not reflect within 48hrs, Kindly scan the banking slip/transfer details and send to the Bursar of the respective college by email for reconciliation and receipting
  • Payments by electronic transfers should be supported by credit advice from the remitting bank
  • The credit advice should be emailed to the emails as above for verification and receipting
  • Funds from Sponsors such as Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), National Constituencies Development Fund (NGCDF), and County Governments Bursaries etc. shall updated on the Students accounts upon receipt of funds and beneficiaries schedules

  10. Select I Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  11. Click on Register

Application Fee Payment Via M-Pesa

Pay the required amount through your mobile phone by M-PESA following the instructions below

  1. Go to M-PESA on your phone.
  2. Select Lipa naM-PESA option
  3. Select Pay Bill option.
  4. Enter Business no.
  5. Enter your Reference number as sent to your mobile phone
  6. Enter the Amount you intend to pay.
  7. Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send
