Valley View University Fees 2024/2025 academic year

Valley View University has two payment options. They are;

1. Full payment option
2. Installment payment option
   • 50% before Registration
   • 80% before Mid Semester Examinations
   • 100% before Final Examinations

Note: All payments by Ghanaian students shall be invoiced in the Ghanaian Cedis (GHS)

Valley View Fees and Payment Guide

• Students may stay Off-Campus only upon permission from the Dean of Student Life and
• Rebates/Discounts given by the Office of Student Financial Services:
  1. 5% waiver for full payment of fees before reopening
  2. Parents/Guardians with more than one ward receive a 5% waiver for each additional ward
  3. Nursing students can register 21 credits without additional charges
  4. Students who register less than 12 credits may be given special discounts

• Other Mandatory Charges for only FRESH Students:
  1. Admission and Orientation fee is GHS 200.00
  2. Medical Examination fee is GHS 300.00

• Other Mandatory Charges for All Students:
  1. SRC dues are GHS 50.00
  2. Offsite Learning fee of 00 shall be paid by students on other campuses and centers (i.e., Techiman, Kumasi, Tamale, and Takoradi)
• Other Optional Charges:
  1. Students who register more than 18 credits will pay GHS110 per each extra credit hour.
  2. Late Registration attracts a penalty of GHS200

• Special Scholarship is given by the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ghana:
  1. 10% of Tuition fees for certified Seventh-day Adventist students
  2. 25% of Tuition fees for certified Seventh-day Adventist theology students
• Valley View University Residential Fee:
  1. Four (4) in a room is GHS 920.00 each, Three in a room is GH¢1,265.00 and Two (2) in a room
     is GH¢ 1,495.00 each
  2. Feeding Fee
     NOTE: All residence Students on Oyibi Campus must choose from the options below:
     Twice a Day – GH¢1,764.00, Thrice a Day – GH¢2,352.00
     The Feeding Fees are Subject to Change

Valley View University Undergraduate Fees 2024/2025

Below are the Undergraduate Valley View University courses and fees for the 2024/2025 academic year;

Note:

1. Sandwich Session in August constitutes one semester, while sessions in December and April
   constitute another semester. This means that the Sandwich student pays one-half of the fees
   in December and the other one-half in April.
2.  Nursing Summer Sessions in June and July constitute two semesters. The fees above are per
   session.

Below are the payment guidelines for all foreign students in Valley View University;

• Students may stay Off-Campus only upon permission from the Dean of Student Life and
