1. Visit the website via ziale.org.zm using your device
2. Click on Student Portal on the menu bar or the sidebar
3. Click on Forgot Password just below the Login button
4. Select your Account Type and enter your Email address
5. Then click on Send Reset Information
6. An email will be sent to your email address
7. The email will contain instructions on how to regain access
