- Check the admission requirements Before you can start the application process
- Dial *447*160# on all networks
- Select Forms and Voucher
- Choose 2 KNUST
- Select Undergraduate
- Choose Continue
- Enter your Name
- Confirm Payment
- You will receive an e-voucher via SMS after a successful payment

- Visit the KNUST Admission portal
- Click on Apply Online
- Enter Login ID or Serial number and Pin on your voucher
- Click on the Log in button
- Create an account
- Complete your online admission application form..
- Submit Your Application
- Click on the Submit button

Follow this procedure to check your KNUST Admission status
- Login to your admission portal
- Navigate to the Admissions Status page
- Search with your programme or Name
Process to Book Accommodation at KNUST
New applicants and continuing students can book accommodation at KNUST with the following steps;
- Login with your Application Number and PIN
- Click on Make a Reservation button to view available accommodation
- Read and accept the accommodation instructions
- Select accommodation from the list available
- A reservation code will be generated for you
- Log out of the system
- Proceed to a PayPoint to pay residential fees
- After payment of residential fees, log in to the system to select a room.
Note:
- Make a reservation for accommodation before payment of residential fees
- Also, do not pay academic and residential fees together
