About the JCE Statement of Entry – FORM F
The BEC Junior Certificate Examination – JCE Statment of Entry also referred to as FORM A is the official PDF form available on the Malepa registration portal which candidates are required to download and fill out with their JCE registration information in order to take part in the BEC JCE Examination.

- Refunds: As indicated on BEC/EAC/DP/P02/In02 – Registration of JCE Private Candidates refunds can be requested using the BEC/EAC/DP/P02/F05 – Registration Refunds Form.
- Fees: The total fee payable includes Registration and Syllabus Fees as determined by BEC from time to time. Refer to BEC/EAC/DP/P02/A01 – Fee Structure. Pay and collect the receipt at the Finance Counter and keep it safe for future reference.
- Special Needs and Access Arrangement: Reference is made to BEC/EAC/DP/P02/In02 –Registration of JCE Private Candidates and BEC/EAC/P05/F01 – Application for Access Arrangements should be used for this application.
- Entry Amendments: Reference is made to BEC/EAC/DP/P02/In02 – Registration of JCE Private Candidates and BEC/EAC/DP/P02/F03 – Entry Amendment Form should be used to request amendments.
