The portal enables students to access academic resources and activities such as semester timetables, course registration, checking results, paying fees and other services.

How to Create Your Zetech Portal Account
Students with a valid admission offer from Zetech must first register on the university’s portal to access all the available resources. This can be done with the following steps;
- Visit the Zetech University website at https://zetech.ac.ke
- Navigate to the page bottom and click on the staff/student portal link
- Click on the Sign up below the login form
- Fill out the registration form with your details
- Enter the Student number or registration number
- Enter your Password and confirm your entry
- Click on the submit button
- An email with a confirmation link will be sent to your email address
- Log into your email and click on the link to complete the registration process

- Visit the ZU Student Portal at https://portal.zetech.ac.ke
- Enter your student number and password in the input fields

Zetech Online Course Registration Process 2024
Fresh students and returning students of Zetech University are required to complete an online course registration at the beginning of every semester using the following procedures;
- Log into your Zetech Portal via www.portal.zetech.ac.ke
- Navigate to the unit registration page
- Select the list of courses to be registered for the semester
- Add and confirm these course selection
- Preview your selections and click on the confirm registration button to complete your registration
Important Notice:
- Registration requires that a student pay 50% of the tuition fees plus 100% of other applicable charges (60%).
- Synchronize your units in the LMS for learning purposes upon unit approval
- There shall be no manual registration henceforth
- Students who have deferred their programs should get in touch with the accountant for rectification

How to reset your Zetech Student Account
Students who have forgotten the Zetech portal login credentials to their portal can reset their account with the following steps;
- Visit the Zetech portal at www.portal.zetech.ac.ke
- Click on the forgot password link below the login form
- Enter your student email and click on submit
- An email with a reset link will be sent to your email address
