AAMUSTED Sandwich Courses and Requirements 2024. The Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development – AAMUSTED is pleased to announce a list of accredited sandwich programs for the 2024/2025 academic. Interested and qualified persons are to check the admission requirements for the available programs and guidelines on how to submit their application via the Ammusted admission portal.

- B.Sc. Wood Technology with Education
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering Technology with Education

- B.Sc. Automotive Engineering Technology with Education
- B.Sc. Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Education
- B.Sc. Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- B.Sc. Fashion Design and Textiles Education
- B.Sc. Catering and Hospitality Education
- 2-year Diploma in Fashion Design and Textiles
- 2-year Diploma in Catering and Hospitality
- B.Sc. Mathematics Education
- Post-Diploma (B.Sc.) Environmental Health and Sanitation Education

AAMUSTED Entry Requirements 2024
These requirements are to be met in addition to the other programme specific requirements;
A. WASSCE Certificate Holders
Must have at least, six (6) WASSCE credit passes (A1-C6) including three (3) Core Subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies, as well as three (3) Electives in relevant subjects with a total aggregate of 36 or better.
B. SSSCE Certificate Holders
Must have Six (6) credit passes (A-D) comprising three (3) Core Subjects, including English
Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies), as well as three (3) Electives
in relevant subjects with a total aggregate of 24 or better
C. School Certificate/GCE Certificate Holders
Must have Five (5) credits at GCE “O” Level, including English Language and Mathematics as
well as two (2) “A” Level passes other than General Paper in relevant subjects.
Diploma in Basic Education Holders
Diploma in Basic Education Holders must attach both their SSCE/WASSCE and the Diploma Certificates.
Mature Applicants
Mature Applicants must:
- Be at least 25 years old by the 1st of September of the academic year in which one wants to enroll.
- Pass the AAMUSTED Entrance Examinations, and satisfy the entry requirement for the chosen program
Special Information for Mathematics Applicants
- Holders of 1st degree in Basic Education (Mathematics option) and other degrees related to Mathematics who wish to pursue BSc. Mathematics Education could be considered for Level 200 or 300, based on the strength of their qualification.
- Holders of 1st degree in Basic Education, with other specialized subject areas, could also contact the department for such consideration.

- Visit the University’s website to apply on the AAMUSTED Admission portal. Log in with the Voucher Serial Number and PIN that comes with the AAMUSTED Application form
NOTE: Final year Senior High School (SHS)/TVET Students who are yet to write their WASSCE/CTVET examinations may also apply as AWAITING RESULTS
