FUTA Admission Requirements 2024/2025
Find below the admission requirements for the Federal University of Technology Akure
UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) Candidates
- Obtain a minimum of five credits (or equivalent) in not more than two sittings
- These credits must include passes in English language and Mathematics
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
- Must satisfy the university’s O’ level requirements
- Possess’ A-level qualifications or other specified requirements for each course
- For civil engineering or related disciplines, DE candidates should have an ND (National Diploma) at Upper Credit Level or its equivalent from a recognized institution
Note: Prepare the necessary documents, including your birth certificate, certificate of origin, court affidavit (optional), attestation letter, JAMB admission letter (optional), passport, and O’level result(s), as these will be needed during the admission process
