NTC Registration 2024. The National Teaching Council (NTC) has commenced registration for the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) for the 2024/2025 session. In this post, we will look at how to buy the NTC GTLE vouchers online and log in to the NTC portal to register and take part in the examination.
How to buy NTC Voucher online
You can purchase the NTC Ghana Teacher Examination (GTLE) voucher on your phone with mobile money with the following procedures;
- Dial the USSD shortcode *772*51# on your phone
- Select option 1 (For Fresh Candidates)
- Enter your mobile money number
- Enter your number for confirmation
- A payment prompt will be sent to your phone for confirmation
- Enter your PIN and approve the transaction
- An SMS will be sent to your phone with details of your NTC GTLE voucher
Buy NTC voucher from the Bank
Candidates can buy their NTC examination voucher from the bank at any branch of Prudential Bank Ltd nationwide.

Price of NTC Voucher – Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination
The cost of the NTC examination voucher for fresh or resit candidates is as follows;
- Candidates who are re-sitting a paper are to pay GHȻ 150.00.
- Candidates who are re-sitting two (2) papers are to pay GHȻ 210.00.
- Candidates who are re-sitting all three (3) papers are to pay GHȻ 385.00.
NTC Registration Login
After obtaining the NTC voucher, Candidates are expected to log in to the National Teaching Council (NTC) portal to complete the registration process for the 2024 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) using the following guidelines;
- Visit the NTC GTLE Portal via https://exams.ntc.gov.gh/
- Click on the Register for Examination or Resit Examination link
- Enter the required information including the NTC voucher PIN and Serial number
- Click on the submit button
- Upload your passport-size photograph (NOTE: NTC will not accept any request for a change of photograph after the examination)
- Review the information provided and submit
- Print Summary of the inputs made
- Read the examination regulations and tick the tick-box before submission.
- Congratulations, Your registration is now successfully completed
Notice: Candidates should keep their PIN and SERIAL NUMBERS secured after registration for the licensure examination. These will be required to check your NTC Examination results.
