To access ZamPass the national authentication and access control service for governmental electronic services, follow the steps below

  1. Visit the Smart Zambia website at www.szi.gov.zm
  2. Scroll Down and click on GSB and you will be automatically redirected to another page
  3. Click on the Login button at the top right corner of the page
  4. Click on Proceed to continue
  5. Enter your Username and Password
  6. Then click on Continue to access your ZamPass portal

How to Reset Your Smart Zambia GSB Portal Password

Follow the procedure below to reset your ZamPass password

  1. Visit the Smart Zambia website at www.szi.gov.zm
  2. Scroll Down and click on GSB and you will be automatically redirected to another page
  3. Click on the Login button at the top right corner of the page
  4. Click on Proceed to continue
  5. Then click on Forgot Password
  6. Enter your Username then click on Submit to recover your password

How to Create Your Smart Zambia GSB (ZamPass) Account

  2. Scroll Down and click on GSB and you will be automatically redirected to another page
