University of Ghana online transcript Portal. The University of Ghana Online transcript platform allows all UG students both past and present to request their academic transcript online without the hustle of visiting the campus. The UG online transcript System was launched as a drive to enhance students’ experience through digitization and automation.
How to Request for University of Ghana Transcript Online
The guidelines below will assist current and past students of the University of Ghana to request academic transcripts online.
- Access the University of Ghana portal system via https://sts.ug.edu.gh/services/login
- Enter your Student ID in the field provided
- Provide your PIN in the field provided.
- Click on the “Login” button to sign in.
Request or Pay for Transcript
- Check to confirm your personal information if it corresponds to what you submitted to the University.
- Provide your email address and mobile number in the fields provided.
- Enter your postal address and indicate your Current Student Status.
- Click on the NEXT button to proceed.

Order Options.
- Indicate the number of copies you want to request.
- Provide, from the dropdown list, the primary reason for requesting the transcript.
Recipient Information
- Select the recipient information at this level. (ie Send to Organization, Send to me, others)
Mode of Receiving
Choose the mode through which you would want to receive the transcript.
- When you select SEND THE DOCUMENT TO RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS, you will be required to indicate the email address of your preference.
- When you opt to send the document to a recipient’s postal address, you will be required to provide the information for the field marked in red in the image below.
- Click on the NEXT button to proceed.

Confirmation
- Check to confirm from the summary if everything corresponds to what you selected from the previous levels.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on the proceed to payment button to make the necessary payment on the external MYGHPAY platform.
- On the MYGHPAY platform, indicate the payment mode you want to use to proceed.
