The GIMPA Admission Portal 2024 provides admission to different programs through its online portal. Use the generated application to pay your application fee at any Consolidated Bank Ghana branch nationwide. International students can pay the $100.00 application fee with a VISA card. Additionally, you can also access your student portal to apply online and secure your scholarship.
How to Access Your GIMPA Admission Portal 2024
To access your Institute admission portal, please follow the steps below
- Visit the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration website via gimpa.edu.gh
- Click on the Apply Now button
- Scroll down and click on Start Application
- Enter your Email address and then click on the Login button
- Afterward, follow the instructions to apply for admission online

GIMPA Undergraduate Admission Requirements
For Undergraduate Programmes, applicants using various qualifications like WASSCE/SSSCE/MATURE/Baccalaureate/O&A-Level/Diplomas should provide the following:
- School Index Number (for Ghanaian WASSCE/SSSCE applicants)
- Scanned passport-size picture (35mm x 45mm) with a white background (for all applicants)
- Any National Identification Number (for Ghanaian applicants)
- Scanned copy of the bio-data page of your Passport or Birth Certificate (for Foreign applicants)
- Scanned copy of the Birth Certificate and Entrance Results Slip (for Mature Applicants only)
- Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) Evaluation Reports for Foreign Certificates in WASSCE/Baccalaureate/O&A-Level, and Academic Transcripts
- Scanned copy of original Certificate(s) and academic Transcript(s) for Diploma Applicants, HND holders, and First Degree holders applying for the Post-LLB Programme (for Ghanaian applicants)

GIMPA Graduate Programs Admission Requirements
For Graduate Programmes, applicants using Diplomas/Bachelor Degrees/Master Degrees should provide the following:
- Scanned passport-size picture (35mm x 45mm) with a white background
- Scanned copy of original Certificate(s) and academic Transcript(s) (for Ghanaian applicants)
- Any National Identification Number (for Ghanaian applicants)
- Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) Evaluation Reports for Foreign Certificates in WASSCE/Baccalaureate/O&A-Level, and Academic Transcripts
- Two (2) Referees – They will be required to complete a reference form on your behalf
