New KFS employees will be required to activate their GHRIS account in other to be able to access their payslips with these steps;

1. Visit the GHRIS payslip form portal
2. Complete the form with the following
   • National ID Card /Passport Number
   • KRA PIN
   • First Name
   • Surname
   • Temporary Password
   • Create your Password
   • Confirm your Password
3. Click on the save button to activate your GHRIS account.
