How to Access Your IAUE Admission Portal 2025

To login your admission portal and apply, please follow the steps below

1. Visit the university website via iauoe.edu.ng
2. Select the Admission button and click on Undergraduate Studies
3. Then, click on 2025/2026 UTME/DE Screening
4. On the next page, click Register for 2025/2026 Session UTME/DE Screening
5. Enter your JAMB Registration Number on the page that appears and click Register
6. Please follow the instructions provided by either a candidate who is your first choice, or a candidate who is not your first choice
7. Then, click on Login and enter the username and password sent to your email or phone
8. Change your password; make sure to save your new password
9. From the left menu, click on Pay Screening Fees
10. After completing the UTME registration form, click on the Pay for UTME Registration button
11. Then, click on the Generate Invoice option
12. Confirm your invoice and click on Proceed to Pay
13. On the Interswitch payment platform, enter your card details and make the payment securely
14. After successful payment, click on the Update Personal Data menu on the left
15. Then, print your Registration Slip and log out

If you are a First Choice candidate

1. Your details will be displayed
2. Click on Confirm to verify your details
3. Then enter your phone number and email, then click on Submit
4. The login details will be sent to the email address registered to your account.

If you are NOT a First Choice candidate

1. Click on the UTME Registration button, and a form will appear
2. Fill out the form completely and click Submit
3. The login details will be sent exclusively to the email address registered to your account.

How to Check Your IAUE University Admission Status 2025/2026

To check your university admission list online, please follow the steps below

1. Visit the university portal via portal.iaue.rms.net.ng
2. Enter your Matriculation Number into the space provided
3. Then, click on Sign in to access your student portal online
4. Click on Check Admission Status on your dashboard and follow the procedure to view your admission status
