Discover the Singapore Institute of Technical Education – ITE Student Portal and log in with your student number and password to complete all your academic activities online. The ITE Student Portal is a self-service portal developed by the management of ITE to help both students and management complete the majority of academic activities digitally without the need to visit an academic office on campus.

How to Log into ITE Student Portal
- Visit the ITE website at https://www.ite.edu.sg
- Click on the student login link located at the top right (Click on the menu button to display menus if on mobile phone)
- Enter your ITE Student email address and password
- Click on the login button
- Wait for the system to authenticate and redirect to your ITE student account
ITE Enrolment Confirmation
To confirm that you have successfully enrolled into the module you have selected upon Web registration, in the ITE Student Portal, you are advised to go to the following path;
- Self Service >Enrollment > My Class Schedule.
Please check that you have selected the correct module(s) and class(es). Alternatively, you may request an Enrolment Confirmation Letter from any ITE Customer & Visitor Centre (by appointment).

How to Reset ITE Student Portal Password
In the event you have forgotten your ITE Portal password, you can recover it with the following steps;
- Visit the ITE Portal login page
- Key in your user ID, retype the code display and click on the “Next” button
- Key in the received OTP into the “Enter your One-Time Password (OTP)” field.
- Key in your new password into the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” field.
- Your new password should be successfully changed.
Note: Users that have other wireless-enabled devices connected to ITEstudent wireless are required to change the password.

ITE Portal Password Rules
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length.
- Passwords should not contain the user ID or parts of the user’s full name
- Passwords must contain at least a number, an alphabet and a symbol (eg. Pa55Word!).
- You cannot re-use any of your 3 previous passwords.
