Online Application for CJC. The Central Johannesburg TVET College (CJC) has activated the admission portal for the 2024/2025 academic year. Interested applicants both citizens and foreign applicants are required to visit the CJC iEnabler Portal to complete the application process.

Documents Required for CJC Online Application 2024
As part of the Central Johannesburg College Application process, all applicants are required to provide soft copies of the following documents during their online application;
Local Applicants
- A certified copy of your ID
- Proof of Residence
- Valid Email and phone number
Foreign Applicants
- Certified copies of passport
- SAQA approved foreign qualification
- Proof of medical insurance or cover
- Valid study permit

CJC Admission Requirements
Applicants interested to enrol at the Central Johannesburg TVET College must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for admission;
- Applicant should be at least 16 years or older
- NC(V): Have a Grade 9 Qualification or ABET level 4 certificate
- Report 191 NATED: Have a matric certificate or be completing matric
CJC Application Point Score (APS)
Candidates have to meet the individual subject admission requirements for the qualification and the minimum APS scores using the method that applies to the qualification they are applying for.
Although the minimum requirement for enrolment at a CJC TVET college is a grade 9 pass, certain courses do require you to have obtained a matric certificate.

These steps will guide you on how to apply for the Central Johannesburg TVET College admission online;
- Visit the CJC Website
- Click on the Apply Here link from the menu list
- Click on the Local or Foreign Student link (Applicants who are South Africans are to click on local and foreign students are to click on the foreign student link)
- Scroll down and click on the Start Application Process button
- Fill out the application form to complete your online application
- Upload all the required documents
- Review your details and click on the submit button
- Congratulations, your application should now be successfully submitted
CJC Course Fees and Payment
- Central Johannesburg TVET College prescribes course fees prior to the beginning of each academic year. Please contact the relevant campus.
- Students who do not apply, or do not qualify for the DHET NSFAS Bursary Scheme, must pay at least 40% of the tuition fees upon registration.
- The remaining balance of the course fees must be paid as per the payment agreement:
Trimester Students: The last installment is payable at the end of the first month after registration. Semester Students: First Semester – end of April; Second Semester – end of September.
NC(V) Students: The last installment is payable at the end of September.

Refunds
A student may be refunded based on the Refund Policy of the College. Typically, a student may be refunded for the following reasons:
- When the programme is no longer offered by the College
- Death of student (Copy of death certificate required)
- On finding employment (Letter of appointment required)
- Health reasons (Medical report required)
- Parents relocate to another province (Evidence required)
- Credits due to the student (Evidence required)
