UP Clickup Portal. The University of Pretoria online learning management system also referred to as UP ClickUp blackboard is a virtual classroom solution that was developed to help both students and lecturers complete all school activities online using the traditional UP Student portal and the UP Clickup Portal together.
How to Access the UP ClickUP Portal
There are 3 ways you can access and use all the available services on the University of Pretoria ClickUp blackboard portal.
- Access clickUp via UP Student Portal
- Access using the clickUP url (direct access)
- Access via the UP Blackboard mobile application

How to login to Clickup Portal using UP Student Portal
- Visit the UP Student portal login url
- Enter your username and password
- Click on the login button
- Wait for the system to authenticate and redirect to the dashboard
- Click on the clickUP home page link in your dashboard
- Congratulations, you can now access clickUp services

- Visit the ClickUp portal login via www.clickup.up.ac.za
- Enter your username and password
- Click on the login button
- Wait for the system to authenticate and redirect to the dashboard
How to login to UP clikcUp via UP Blackboard mobile App
You can also access clickUP from most mobile devices (tablets, smartphones, etc.) using the steps below
- Go to the App Store or Google Play App Store.
- Search for Blackboard App
- Install the app
- Search for clickUP or University of Pretoria
- Log in using your Portal username and password.
How to Reset your UP Student Portal
You can reset your UP Student portal and the UP clickUp portal passwords using the steps below
- Access the UP Student portal login page
- Click on forget password URL
- Enter your UP student number (eg. U123456780)
- Click on the submit button
- A password reset link will be generated and sent to your email
- Log in to your email to complete the process
NB: When you change your password on the UP student portal, the same password shall be updated on your UP clickUp portal as well.

How to view your marks in UP student portal
Log in to your University of Pretoria student portal and follow the steps below to check your marks
- Click on MyTUKS Login
- Log in to the UP Portal with your username and password
- Locate and click on the Student Centre link
- Click View Current Enrolment under Academic Information
- View your marks
Please note: The Grade marks are your final semester/quarter marks. Your individual assignment marks and test
marks are located in the clickUP system.
