- Enter your Username and Password
- Then click on Login to access your student portal

How to Register Your Semester Courses 2025
Follow the steps below to register for your semester courses online
- Visit the student portal using your device via weuc.edu.gh
- Click on the Menu Icon (≡) then click on the Student Portal button
- Enter your Username and Password
- Then click on Login
- Navigate to the Left side menu and click Course Registration or See statement of results
- Select the required courses that are mounted for you and click the register
- Enable the popup in the browser if required and click print this page.
- Then, submit the form for endorsement

Steps to Access & Apply For WEUC Admission 2025
To access your admission forms online and apply, follow the steps below
- Visit the student portal using your device via weuc.edu.gh
- Click on the Menu Icon (≡) then click on the Admissions button
- Then, enter your Username
- Provide your User Password
- Fill in your First Name
- Enter your Last Name
- Select a Programme from the options: (e.g. B.Sc Nursing)
- Choose your Mode of Application (either Mature or Generic)
- Select your Certificate type (e.g., WASSCE)
- Specify the Results Obtained (e.g., WASSCE 2010, English A1, Mathematics C4, First class, etc)
- Provide your Email address
- Continue to enter your Postal Address
- Include your Phone Number
- Specify your Gender (either Male or Female)
- Select your Country (e.g., Afghanistan)
- Enter your Date of Birth
- Indicate your Area of specialization
