- Visit the student website cktutas.edu.gh
- Select Admissions on the menubar and select Prospective students
- Then, click on the Admission Portal button
- Scroll down and click on Access Admissions Portal
- Enter your Email and Password (If you already have an account)
- Then, click on Login to access your admission portal

CKT UTAS Admission Requirements 2024/2025
Below are the C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences admission requirements
Degree Program Entry Requirements
For WASSCE or SSSCE holders applying to degree programs
- Must have a minimum of C6 in all three Core and three Elective Subjects.
- Core subjects include English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science/Social Studies.
- Elective subjects can be chosen from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Mathematics (elective), Economics, Further Mathematics, Geography, Business Management, Accounting, and others.
- An aggregate score of 36 or higher in the best six subjects is required.
Mature Applicants
- Candidates must be at least 25 years old with supporting documentary evidence.
- Must have five G.C.E ‘O’ Level subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, and General Science.
- SSSCE/WASSCE passes in English Language(Core), Mathematics(Core), and Integrated Science.
- Two elective science subjects, including Mathematics (Elective).
HND & Diploma Holders
For admission into Degree programs
- (Second Class Lower or better in related programs qualifies for Level 200 entry
- Third Class or Pass may be considered for Level 100 entry
Note:
- These programs are primarily for Pure Science (WASSCE/SSSCE) students.
- Non-science-based applicants with Credit Passes in specific subjects
(Elective Mathematics Further Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Costing, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Geography) and at least C6 or D in Integrated Science/Social Studies may be eligible for certain programs.

Diploma Program Entry Requirements
- Obtain 3 (three) passes in the chosen area of specialization (elective subjects).
- Attain at least 2 (two) Passes (D7, D, or better) in English Language (Core) and Mathematics in WASSCE/SSSCE.
- Candidates lacking a pass in English Language (Core), Mathematics (Core), or both are ineligible to apply for Diploma programs
PhD Program Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission to any of our PhD programs, a candidate must
- Possess an M.Phil. or M.Sc. by research degree in the relevant field from a recognized Tertiary Institution.
- Provide an official transcript of academic records, certificates, and other pertinent documents.
For Applicants to M.Sc./M.Phil. Programs
Candidates wishing to pursue our M.Sc./M.Phil. programs must
- Hold a good first degree in Bachelor of Science, with at least Second Class Lower, in the relevant field of study from a recognized Tertiary Institution.
- Submit an official transcript of academic records and other relevant documents.
