How to Access GBUC Student Portal 2024

To access your portal online, follow the steps below

  1. Visit the student portal using your device via gbucportal.com
  2. Enter your Index Number 
  3. Enter your Student Password
  4. Check the Box[✓] beside Remember me
  5. Then click on Login to access your portal dashboard

Steps to Register Your Semester Course 2024

To access your Semester Course online, follow the steps below

  1. Visit the student portal using your device via gbucportal.com
  2. Enter your Index Number 
  3. Enter your Student Password
  4. Check the Box[✓] beside Remember me
  5. Then click on Login to access your portal dashboard
  6. Goto Left side menu and click Course Registration
  7. Select the required courses that are mounted for you and click the Register button
  8. Enable the popup in the browser if required and click Print this page
  9. Submit form for endorsement

  • Fees Payment: Conveniently pay fees using mobile money, bank transfer, or credit card. Share payment receipts and index numbers via WhatsApp for verification
  • Check Results: Access academic results by entering your index number and password. View and print transcripts and certificates
  • Admission Online Application: Prospective students can apply for admission, purchase a voucher, fill out the application form, and check admission status and acceptance fees online
  • View Academic Calendar: Keep track of important dates, such as lectures, exams, holidays, and graduation, by viewing the academic calendar online
  • Request Extra Credit Hours: Submit a form to request additional credit hours online. Check the status and approval process of your request
  • Defer Admission: Easily defer admission by filling out an online form and checking the status of your deferment and resumption date
