Follow the procedure below on how to access your Igbinedion University admission forms online
- Visit the Website via iuokada.waeup.org
- On the webpage, click on the Application button
- You will be automatically redirected to your Applicants Section page
- Then select your admission type (e.g Online Admission Undergraduate Application 2024/2025)
- Click Register for Application at the top left of this page
- Then enter your First name, Middle name, Surname, Email Address, and Phone Number
- Your Login ID and Password will be sent to your email
- Click the link in your email to continue
- Then, visit the website via iuokada.waeup.org, and click Login (top right)
- Enter your username and password to log in

IUO Admission Requirements 2024/2025
General Entry Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of five credits in GCE/WAEC, SSCE/NECO, or SSCE/NABTEB, including English Language and Mathematics, not obtained in more than two sittings
- For Law, a credit pass in Literature in English is required
- Candidates awaiting GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB results can apply, provided the results will be available by September when the new session begins
Admission into 200 Level
Applicable to degree programs (except Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Sciences, and Law)
Qualifications for entry into the 200 level include
- Passes in at least two subjects at the Advanced level and an additional subject at the subsidiary level in the GCE Examination
- Diploma/NCE at a credit level pass or above in relevant subjects from a recognized institution
- IJMB in the appropriate subjects
- First Degree in a relevant discipline
Candidates must also meet matriculation requirements: five credit passes at the GCE/WAEC SSCE/NECO SSCE/NABTEB examinations
Evidence of application to JAMB is mandatory
