MOH Opens Application for Health Training Institutes 2024. The Ghana Ministry of Health – MOH has announced the opening of admission for Health Training Institutes for the 2024 application. Qualified persons interested in being trained as Nurses, Midwives and public health practitioners are required to visit the MOH HTI Portal to submit their application online.
To begin the application process, applicants are required to first purchase the Health Training Institute Admission form which comes with a unique SERIAL NUMBER and PIN which will be used to log into the HTI admission portal to fill out the application form.
HTI Opening and Closing Date 2024
The Health Training Institutes application portal will officially be opened for applications on Monday 8th April 2024 and closed on Friday 31st May 2024.
HTI Application Instructions
Students applying for admission to the Health Training Institutes must note the following application instructions and guidelines;
- All purchased vouchers are valid up to 5th June 2024 if not used.
- No postage envelopes are required as all correspondence will be via SMS or E-mail.
Instructions to Purchase Application Voucher
- Applicants must purchase application codes from any Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or GCB Bank Plc branches for Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00)
- Upon payment, applicants will receive a voucher giving them a unique PIN and Serial Number.

- Applicant must have a dedicated phone number and a personal e-mail address for all correspondence. (Note: Do not use an email address of relations).
- Have your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address.
- Use the PIN code and Serial Number to access the application form online at https://healthtraining.gov.gh
General Guidelines:
- The online registration form is accessible only by the PIN and Serial Number. Follow the instructions carefully and fill in the relevant stages of the application form once you log in.
- Use the PIN and Serial Number to track the status of the admission process.
- Note that only Applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice.
