How to Check ECZ Grade 12 Results Online

The GRADE 12 Exams results for 2024 which was organized by the Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) have just been released. Candidates who took part in this year’s GRADE 12 examination are to access their ECZ Results online or through the ECZ SMS channel using the guidelines in this article.

What You Need to Check your ECZ Grade 12 Results 2024

For you to be able to check your ECZ grade 12 results, you will need this information to log into the e-Statement of Result portal;

1. Your candidate examination number
2. Year of completion
3. Select GRADE 12 as the type of examination

How to Download ECZ GRADE 12 Results Online 2024

Follow these procedures to check and download your ECZ GRADE 12 results online for 2024;

1. Visit the ECZ Results Portal via www.exams-council.org.zm/ecz-online
2. Click on the E-statement of Results button
3. Click on the Candidate Sign In link to sign in
4. Select GRADE 9 as the type of your examination from the dropdown
5. Enter your Examination Number in the textbox
6. Click on the Continue button
7. Your 2024 results will be displayed showing all your details and school
8. Click on the Print Statement of Results button to print your exam slip
9. A PDF document will be generated in a new tab within the browser

Note: If you get a message saying, The statement of results has been successfully generated BUT the statement is not shown in the browser, you need to enable pop-ups in your web browser. In that case, you will be required to redo the process from step 4.

How to Check ECZ GRADE 12 Results on Phone with SMS

Check your ECZ grade 12 results with your mobile phone using the ECZ SMS shortcode service with these guidelines; 

1. Lunch the messaging app on your phone
2. Compose new SMS content
3. Type your Examination Number (Eg. 201913476813)
4. Type the Examination Year (eg. 2024)
5. Type Examination Grade (eg. GRADE 12)
6. The final message content will be in this format ( Exam Number + Year of Completion + Exam type) without space. Eg: 2019134768132024G12
7. Send the message to the shortcode 8383 on all networks. (Note: SMS charge may be applied)
