The Uganda National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) has commenced the recruitment of permanent and temporary candidates for the 2024 session. Interested and qualified persons are to create an applicant profile on the NIRA Recruitment Portal to begin the application process.

Application Requirements for NIRA Recruitment
Candidates interested in applying for the National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) recruitment must meet the following application requirements;
- Applicant must be a Ugandan Citizen
- Minimum of a UACE certificate or its equivalent
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Good communication skills, Innovative, Decisive, Good writing and comprehension skills,
Flexibility, Accuracy, Team player, Good organizational skills

- Visit the NIRA Website at https://nira.go.ug
- Click on the Careers menu link
- Read the application requirements and responsibilities for your preferred role (Note: Alternatively candidates can access the NIRA recruitment portal directly at https://recruitment.nira.go.ug
- Fill out the NIRA Recruitment Form with your details
- Select your preferred area of work by district
- Upload original copies of all your academic and professional certificates
- Click on the submit button to complete your application process
