How to Access Your WUA Student Portal 2024

To log into your Women’s University in Africa Student Portal, follow the steps below 

  • Visit Women’s University in Africa website via www.wua.ac.zw
  • Click on myStudentID on the webpage
  • You will be redirected to another page automatically
  • Continue to click on myWUA
  • Enter your Student Number e.g. W123456
  • Enter your Password e.g. 12-345678-A90
  • Click on Login to access your portal dashboard

How to Reset Your WUA Account Password

To reset your Women’s University in Africa portal password, follow the steps below

  • Visit Women’s University in Africa website via www.wua.ac.zw
  • Click on myStudentID on the webpage
  • You will be redirected to another page automatically
  • Continue to click on myWUA
  • Click on Reset Password
  • Enter your Student Number and Surname
  • Then click on Next to complete the process

How to Access WUA E-Learning Portal 2024

Follow the steps below to log in Women’s University in Africa E-Learning Portal 

  • Visit Women’s University in Africa website via www.wua.ac.zw
  • Click on myStudentID on the webpage
  • You will be redirected to another page automatically
  • Continue to click on E-Learning
  • Enter your Student Number e.g. W123456
  • Enter your Password e.g. 12-345678-A90
  • Click on Login to access your e-learning dashboard

Steps to Apply for your WUA Student Card

Follow the steps below to apply for Women’s University in Africa Student Card 

  • Visit Women’s University in Africa website via www.wua.ac.zw
  • Click on myStudentID on the webpage
  • You will be redirected to another page automatically
  • Continue to click on myStudentID
  • Enter Student Number and Surname
  • Then click on continue 
  • If your account is not automatically created, you will be allowed to self-register and create your account
  • When your account is created, a notification will be sent to an administrator to verify your account, hence it will not automatically allow you to log in
  • Authorization of your account usually takes between 5 – 15 minutes
  • Once an account has been created and you have been verified upload a picture and view the current status of your student identity card
  • You can also request a replacement card if needed
  • Follow the instructions carefully to be able to apply for your WUA Student Card

Note: Once you have completed this process, your registration has been received. An administrator will review your information and print your student identity card if the picture you submitted has met the requirements stated or whether a resubmission is required

How to Apply for WUA Student Card Replacement

Follow the steps below to apply for Women’s University in Africa Student Card Replacement

Method 1: Replacement

  • Visit Women’s University in Africa website via www.wua.ac.zw
  • Click on myStudentID on the webpage
  • You will be redirected to another page automatically
  • Continue to click on myStudentID
  • Enter Student Number and Surname
  • Then click on continue 
  • Click on Replace and then click on Replacement
  • Make payment via Ecocash or cash office using cash/swipe
  • If you have paid the replacement fee at the cash office using cash or swipe, enter the receipt number in the textbox
  • If you have paid the replacement fee using Ecocash enter the confirmation code in the textbox
  • Continue to click on Send Request to apply for your WUA Student Card Replacement

Note: This option is only available for students who need to replace a lost, misplaced, or stolen student identity card. Replacement of a card is considered when the card is lost before the end of a student’s programme duration e.g. 2 years, 4 years, etc.

Method 2: Rejoined

  • Visit Women’s University in Africa website via www.wua.ac.zw
  • Click on myStudentID on the webpage
  • You will be redirected to another page automatically
  • Continue to click on myStudentID
  • Enter Student Number and Surname
  • Then click on continue 
  • Click on Replace and then click on Rejoined
  • Choose your current programme and enter your current intake e.g. if have resumed lectures in BSc. Degree in Social Work intake 6
  • Click Send Request to submit the request

Note: You should select this option if you need to replace your student identity card only if you had deferred due to reasons stated in your deferment letter submitted to the academic registry department

Method 2: Reapplied

  • Visit Women’s University in Africa website via www.wua.ac.zw
  • Click on myStudentID on the webpage
  • You will be redirected to another page automatically
  • Continue to click on myStudentID
  • Enter Student Number and Surname
  • Then click on continue 
  • Click on Replace and then click on Reapplied
  • You are required to state your previous, current programme and the current intake you commenced lectures in e.g. if you have graduated with a Diploma in Social Work and have reapplied for a BSc. Degree in Social Work intake 6
  • Click Send Request to submit the request

Note: You should select this option if you need to replace your student identity card if you have completed a programme with the university and have started a new programme e.g. a student that graduated with BSc. Degree in Management & Entrepreneurial Sciences has reapplied and commenced lectures in MSc. Degree in Business Administration or changed from one programme to another due to reasons stated to the academic registry department.
