2. Click on the Forgot your password 
3. Provide either your email address or the Username

5. You will receive an Email/SMS with a link to reset your portal password

To check your admission status, follow the steps below

1. Visit the Student Portal via zcuniversity.edu.zm using your device
2. Then enter your Voucher Serial Number and Voucher Pin
3. Click on the Login button to access your admission status
4. Proceed to Print your Admission Letter
