2. Click on the Portal button on the webpage
3. You will be redirected to your student login page
4. Enter your student number or username and password
5. Then click on Login to access your student dashboard

How to Register Your KMU Semester Courses 2024/2025

Follow the procedure below to successfully register your semester courses online

1. Visit the University website via www.kmu.ac.zm
2. Click on the Portal button on the webpage
3. You will be redirected to your student login page
4. Log in with your username and password
5. Navigate to the dashboard and choose Course Registration
6. Select all the courses that are accessible to you in the portal
7. After selecting your courses, click on the Submit button

Undergraduate GRZ Student Loans 2024

To apply for Undergraduate GRZ Student Loans at Kapasa Makasa University(KMU) for the 2024 academic year, you should submit the following

• An application letter responding to the advertisement;
• A photocopy of the 2024 academic year Admission Letter from
  Kapasa Makasa University
• A photocopy of the Grade 12 Statement of Results or Certificate
• A photocopy of the applicant’s NRC and Parent’s /Guardian’s NRC
• Two (2) recent passport-size photos of the applicant with their names written
  at the back;
• An application form bought at K100.00 from any NATSAVE branch, filled in
• A clear photocopy of the receipt from the bank

Application Requirements

Applicants should be:

• A Zambian with a (NRC)
• A School leaver to Kapasa Makasa University for the 2024 academic
  year
• A School leaver who completed Grade 12 in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022
• A 24 year old and below
