About the eNapsa Claim Portal

The eNapsa membership claims portal is a comprehensive self-service online portal used by employees and employers to manage pension contributions and benefits of members. The portal enables members to access services such as self-membership registration, contribution statements, requests for claims and payment withdrawal online.

Requirements for eNapsa Registration

Employees registering for an eNapsa account are required to upload original copies of the following documents during the signup process;

  1. Clear photocopy of your National Registration Card (NRC)
  2. One passport-size photo (Less than 6 months old)
  3. Active mobile phone number registered in your name with the Mobile Network Provider

Note: Providing false information is an offence, NAPSA will not be liable for any error or omission made by the member

How to Signup on the eNapsa Portal

New employees are required to create an eNapsa membership account online with the following steps;

  • Visit the NAPSA website at https://www.napsa.co.zm
  • Click on the online services link located in the menu section
  • Click on the sign-up button under the employee login form
  • Select the existing member option if you have a social security number (SSN) or the new member option if you are a new NAPSA member
  • Enter your employer name and click on the proceed button
  • Fill out the registration form with all the required details including your parent and beneficiaries information
  • Confirm your entries and submit them to complete the registration process

How to log into your eNapsa Membership Portal

Employees with the eNapsa membership account can log into their portal with the following procedures;

  • Visit the NAPSA website at https://www.napsa.co.zm
  • Click on the online services link located in the menu section
  • Enter your Social Security Number in the input field
  • Enter your account password
  • Click on the login to access your account

How to Check your NAPSA Statement Online from your eNapsa Account;

  • Access the eNAPSA portal and login with your SSN and Password
  • Navigate to the contributions page by clicking the Contributions menu item on the left menu
  • Click on Total Contributions or Contributions to access your member statement
  • Click on the Member Statement button to proceed to view your statement
  • Specify the date range  to view
  • Click the download button to download a PDF copy of the statement

How to apply for your NASPA Claim Online from the eNapsa Claim Portal

Employees with NASPA contributions can initiate their pre-retirement lump sum benefit claim using the eNapsa portal with the following steps;

  • Log into your eNapsa Account with your SSN and password
  • Click on the Initiate Claim button and navigate to the Benefits page
  • Click on the Claim Benefit button to initiate the claim
  • A pop-up with a claim eligibility displaying the payable amount
  • Answer the security questions which were set during the signup process
  • Select your preferred mode of payment and proceed with your claim (Note: Mobile money
    payment mode will not be displayed if the amount payable is above K20,000)
  • A one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile phone number
  • Enter the digits of the OTP and click on Verify OTP to proceed
  • Congratulations. Your payment will be ready within 24 hours
